Basic training program
LSG is offering a 1x basic training program that you can use and make adjustments to on your own. This is a one time charge this is NOT a monthly program. You will get the following items.
1x training program that is designed for your riders age and skill level.

Basic monthly program
This is a basic monthly training program that will be designed for your riders age and skill level. With this type of program you will be getting new and updated work outs each month that will follow the progress of your rider as they get faster and more competitive. This program is good for all skill levels. You will get the following items.
1 new program each month with updated training work outs.
Cost: $50 monthly recurring fee
Next level training program
The next level program will start to include sprint work outs along with your track work out plans. This type of program will take more time and will require more discipline to help reach the next level in your racing. This program will be designed specifically for your rider and will be closely monitored each month to make sure your rider is improving. You will get the following items.

4 monthly video reviews with break down specific details

Advanced training program
This advanced training program is designed to push your rider to the limits every week. This program requires weekly data to be tracked and submitted back to the coaching staff at LSG for weekly review and updates. With this advanced program you will have a adjusted program designed specifically for your rider to get the most out of every work out. This includes the following items

Video review only
The video review option is something that can be used by any rider even if you are not using one of LSG training options. This option will allow a rider to upload videos for review and get professional feed back. This is a pay by video option or choose a package offer.
